Information architecture for a redesigned promotional site; MessageLabs is one of the top providers of email security for enterprises and businesses.

Working from audience analysis, focus groups, and a creative brief, I created a set of 6 personas and scenarios to clarify the expected research and purchasing decision process of different audience segments. I then designed a web site solution that incorporated these findings in a detailed site map and a set of home page schematics that would allow the client to choose from three strategies for their marketing message.

As a side project, I provided creative direction for explorations into ways to express the client's wealth of virus data in a visually compelling and innovative way.
